Yes people, the 26th november is the official Buy nothing day.
Worldwide this has been the top shopping day of the year and all stores
expect a peak around this time with christmas comming up and all.. So
this year, why not try not to buty anything for once.

And here I am reading like a madman..
Well not quite but I'm trying. Tomorrow is my last day of lectures and from now on it's all up to me. I have loads to read for the coming month so no rest yet.
Just finished a short-film we have been working on for some time now and it came out quite good. After 12 hours of filming and editing each day it feels good to be done. We'll get all the shorts filmed in my class this year on dvd next week so you can all see what a great director I have become! ;)

I have always been very fond of music videos, and one of my biggest annoyances has been searching for vids on the net and just finding low quality mpg files. Never anything good. Even the avi encoded ones were crap. So, I have started doing my own rips.. (Illegal, I know, but who ever reads this anyway..)
I have made a temporary site for releasing them, so if you want to check them out, visit www.drix.no/dxhq.htm and give them a try. I don't have unlimited bandwidth so if you like them, please try to spread them further. More vids will is on the way as well..

I found this the other day, and I keep checking it over and over, to find out what I listen to.. Ok this may sound a bit weird and schizo, but I don't care, and neither do I. ;)

Last time I moved I tried India, this time I have moved to Volda, a little town on the west coast of Norway.
It's a bit colder, more rain.. Well in fact a bit too much of both, but I like it here.
Very different for me to live in such a small town, everybody knows you and what you did last night.. drunk or not. But lots of nice people here, and lots of students so this could be a fun year. More info will come later, as I get to know the town.

Something was not right with the last one, but this really fits the mood today. One of my best friends Anders, comes over from Copenhagen today, and the sun is shining (I think, haven't really checked yet).
Looks a bit like the new website I'm having a friend make for me. Yellow as curry and sunsets.. ;) |

Just changed the look of my LJ, and I kind of like it. What do you think?
I really wish I could get the paid-member layouts, as they look really nice, but this is not so bad. I changes some of the settings, such as the font and the color of the links, and all in all much better than the one I used to have.
Only thing is that, in a way it's clean, but then again it's not.. Can't put my finger on it. |

Yes I am. Back from 3 months in India, mainly living in Pondicherry. Had a great time, and lots of stories keep popping up in my head, but I'll see if I find a really good one to post out to you guys.
So back from India, means I'm also back online, and back on LJ. Feels weird in a way, cause nothing seems to have changed, but I feel like I've been away for ages.
Will be using the next hour to get myself updated, more later. ;) |
